Two brothers, Chane and Ralphi, born and raised in Amsterdam have always had one thing in life they were passioned about... music! From an early age, they both started playing musical instruments. Ralphi rockin' the guitar and Chane thumping the bass. Influenced by several, diverse styles (funk, fusion and rock) they started playing in bands, further developing and exploring their musical skills.

Meanwhile, growing up in Amsterdam, the two brothers started to get interested in the dance scene. Leading a sort of double life by playing in the band on fridays, exploring all sorts of houseparties on saturdays and getting influenced by bands like The Prodigy. Eventually the famous Kremlin and Earth nights got them hooked. Listening to trance first, but eventually being introduced to the much more musical, organical deep progressive house sound from a few years ago. After seeing dj's like John Digweed, Sasha, Satoshi Tomiie and others, Chane and Ralphi decided to put down the guitars and started dj-ing. Starting out dj-ing individually, but nowadays they spin more and more as a team exploring many more forms of house from electro to techno and minimal. Having played in lot's of great clubs in Holland.

The urge to accually create music got very strong again, so they decided to start producing. This is the point where Tekhead was born. Dj-ing together even brought them their own Tekhead partynights in club Panama in Amsterdam. 2007 Finally sees the light of their first official release, remixing Kosmas Epsilon's Paranoid on the promising new label Groovecollection Records. Another forthcoming release will be out on Fiberline Audio remixing Sam Mollison's - Sacrifice. So keep an eye on Tekhead... cause there'll be some great music coming from their hands.
